A TORY MP has been stabbed multiple times at his constituency surgery in Essex, local media have reported.
Sir David Amess, 69 who represents the Tory seat of Southend West was holding a surgery in a local Methodist Church when the attack took place.
Eyewitnesses said that a man ran into the church in the last hour, before the MP was stabbed “several times”.
A massive Police response decended on the Church with Armed Cops swooping at the surgery.
The MP was said to be receiving treatment at the scene.
